We do not collect bank card data — all payments are processed through a certified payment provider.

Personal data is processed for: fulfillment of the ticket sale agreement, sending electronic tickets and confirmations, ensuring event entry, communication regarding orders, improving service quality, compliance with legal requirements.
3. Data Storage and Protection
Personal data is stored on secure servers using encryption. Access to data is restricted and granted only to authorized personnel. Data retention period is 3 years from the date of the user's last activity. Upon user request, data may be deleted earlier.
4. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We share data with third parties only in the following cases: event organizers — to facilitate entry (name, email), payment providers — to process payments, government authorities — upon lawful request. We do not sell or share data for advertising purposes.
5. Cookies
The Platform uses technically necessary cookies to maintain authentication and save user preferences (language, theme). Analytics cookies are used in anonymized form to improve the service.
