1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between Ticketing Kit LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and users of the Ticketing Kit service. By using the Platform, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you disagree with any provisions, please discontinue using the service.
2. Ticket Purchases
The Platform enables the purchase of electronic tickets for events. A purchase is considered complete upon payment confirmation. Each ticket is personalized and contains a unique QR code for event entry. Resale of tickets is only permitted through the Platform's built-in marketplace.
3. NFT Tickets
Each ticket is issued as an NFT (non-fungible token) on the Solana blockchain. The NFT ticket confirms the authenticity and ownership of the ticket. The NFT ticket holder has the right to enter the event upon presenting the QR code. The Platform is not responsible for loss of access to the user's cryptocurrency wallet.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Ticket refunds are subject to the refund policy of the specific event, as set by the organizer. In case of event cancellation by the organizer, the full ticket price is refunded to the buyer. The Platform's payment processing fee may be withheld in cases provided by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not an event organizer and bears no responsibility for the quality, content, or execution of events. The Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service but does not guarantee the absence of technical issues. The Platform's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the paid commission.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform materials (design, logos, software code, texts) are the intellectual property of Ticketing Kit LLP and are protected by copyright law. Use of materials without written permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms. Notice of changes is published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the location of Ticketing Kit LLP.
